Advanced Filter for My Tasks

This guide will help you navigate the new feature for Advanced Filters for My Tasks in our Web portal.

Easily find the inspections you’re looking for by combining multiple filters options. Filterable options: Task Planned Date, Assignee, Priority, and Task Status.

1. Click on the filter icon to open the advanced filters panel.



 

2. Select the filters you want to combine for precise results. Example: view all your Task with plan date from 2025-04-29 to 2025-05-19 and Priority is Overdue.

3. Apply to see the filtered results in your list.

4. Click on Clear to remove all active filters and reset the list.
